Round about the beginning of last year, I fell ill with the flu and started picking up weight for no reason.
I tried everything, but I just continued getting fatter. I am forever failing with each attempt to correct my diet and get fit again but I have no idea what's wrong and why I can't stick to it.
I am very depressed because of this and I don't go out at all as I am not used to all this weight and none of my clothing in my wardrobe fit me anymore.
I think I have put on like two stone or something and gone up four dress sizes.
Please help and tell me what you think could be the problem. - Ghowa, London
Graham says ... I feel that lactose (ie milk) makes you tired, particularly if you do anything strenuous.
So just do a lot of walking and the rest will sort itself out.
