A popular local radio show is finally hitting the dancefloor with some special guests to help launch its new club night.

Catskills Record's top man Jonny Reggae is taking The Hook Up, which broadcasts on Brighton Juice on Fridays and Saturday nights, to Audio to play a diverse mix of indie, drum 'n' bass, hip-hop, electro, reggae and breaks.

And joining him for the launch party are Aaron Fletcher and Paul Butler from The Bees to play a DJ set.

Jonny says: "I first invited Aaron and Paul down to DJ when I was at the Volks Club and they had their first album out. I remember feeling sickened that not only were they top guys whose band was brilliant but they were amazing DJs, too.

"I really wanted them to do the opening night for me."

Joining them on the bill will be Wrongtom, who is currently Hard Fi's tour DJ.

The Hook Up is set to continue twice a month at Audio, with Ninja Tune's Solid Steel already booked for a bank holiday special.
