I am writing in regards to the c2c train service from Thurrock.
I have to commend the c2c Management for being able to successfully run a profitable company, which consistently fails to meet customer requirements.
Their ability to receive complaints and continue the same if not degrading level of service, surely must speak for consistency in their management.
Having successfully avoided trains that stop in West Ham or Limehouse on a peak time service for the hundreds of Canary Wharf customers is surely one of their most remarkable achievements.
The most delightful aspect of c2c is how they can run a service by providing next to no information for passengers when there is an incident. Also not having bus replacement services must be a great way to cut costs.
Well done c2c- if all companies could manage as well as you, there would be more examples of successful businesses.
Canary Wharf Commuters - I say enough! £154 in a monthly ticket to be crammed in like cattle, waste time and never have any information! Bring back our West Ham stop!
