Shanee Martin's dream of becoming a world boxing champion has turned into a nightmare.

The angry 25-year-old all-action Colchester fighter is still seeing red five days after the fight amid claims she is a world champion without a prize belt' after being robbed' of the title in Hungary.

Martin was adjudged to have lost the WIBF/GBU flyweight crown to local girl' and reigning champion Victoria Milo on a split decision in Budapest last Saturday.

"A Belgian judge scored the fight 96-93 in my favour," said Martin.

"But the two Hungarian judges had Milo in front with scores of 95-94 and 97-93.

"The decision was diabolical. How can they have two Hungarian judges in a world-title fight involving a Hungarian boxer? I was robbed blind.

"I dominated the ten-round bout and commanded the centre of the ring from start to finish and I even dropped her (Milo) to the canvass twice.

"I didn't just beat the girl, I ruined her, but I've nothing but a black eye to show for it."
