Staff at Trowbridge hair salon Mane Event are celebrating scooping £1,000 as winners of the Trowbridge Excellence Award.
More than 60 businesses were nominated by the public and a shortlist of 15 finalists attended the awards ceremony at the Civic Hall in Trowbridge with around 300 guests.
Run by Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce, the competition was sponsored by White Horse Employment, Howard Travel and the Wiltshire Times.
Apart from its £1,000 prize, the company also receives £500 worth of advertising in the Wiltshire Times.
Chairman of judges Stephanie Edwards, of the Institute of Customer Service, said: "I was amazed that so many businesses offered such a high standard of customer service in one town."
