Sutton Schools Borough U11s warmed up for their London Cup final clash against Hackney in two weeks time with a hard-fought 3-2 friendly victory against Dacorum on Saturday.

Sutton took some time to get going and despite having a couple of early chances it was Dacorum who took a one-goal lead in the first half.

Sutton equalised after the interval when Myles Henry latched on to Ed Mason's through ball and scrambled the ball in.

Mason was on hand to tap in Sutton's second after a mistake by the keeper but Dacorum hit back immediately to equalise.

In the final minutes, a great save from Jordan Knight and then the crossbar kept Dacorum out and Sutton went down to the other end to score the winner through Ollie Brindley.

South West Trains player of the match with another superb display in midfield was Sutton skipper Bradley Sexton.

Sutton have one game remaining this season - the London Cup Final against Hackney on May 5.
