If you have ever fancied learning French, want to try ballet for beginners or have a pop at porcelain doll making, then Surrey County Council's (SCC) new summer term of adult learning is for you.

A wide range of short courses are available in venues across Elmbridge, with the new term starting on Monday, April 23.

An SCC spokesman said: "With the arrival of warm summer days and longer, lighter evenings, now is a great opportunity to make the most of your leisure time and try something new."

Venues include Cobham adult learning centre in Cedar Road and Esher adult learning centre in Esher Green among others.
