THERE was a good turn out of over 140 runners for the Dallam Dash 10K and fun run on Sunday. The winner, in a new course record time of 32.23, was Rick Hayman of Sale Harriers.
Second place went to Salford Harrier’s Matt Moorhouse in 33.22 and Wesham’s Steve Littler was third in 33.41.
The first lady and in fourth overall was Kendal’s Rebecca Robinson.
Rebecca’s excellent time of 35.24 is another course record which she had previously set in 2005.
