THE old line if it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all' could have been written for me!
I mean, the world's greatest-ever jump jockey being unseated at the first in a maiden hurdle at Hereford, would you credit it?
Well, the Grand National meeting starts today but with my current run of luck I'm steering well clear of the giant Aintree obstacles and going back to the Flat for today's selection, which should be a decent price. The Michael Jarvis-Neil Callan combination owe us a good turn after finishing second last time they carried our cash and I'm hopeful that MOTARJM will do the business in the 4.30 at LEICESTER.
