A Twenty-one year-old man appeared in court this week on three charges connected with the crash which killed Herbrandston woman Karen Boulcott.
James Ward Douglas, from Homecroft, Carmarthen, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates court on Tuesday.
Douglas is charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death by driving without due care and attention under the influence of drink, and driving without due care and attention with excess alcohol.
He will attend a committal hearing at Swansea Crown Court on April 20, no pleas have been taken.
Douglas was released on unconditional bail.
