NOTICE OF A DIVERSION ORDER UNDER SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 (TCPA 1990)

ADOPTED FOOTWAYS LOCATED TO THE SOUTH OF WINDRUSH TOWER KNIGHTS ROAD OXFORD (Order)

OXFORD CITY COUNCIL (the Council) gives notice that it has made an order under section 257 of the TCPA 1990 because it is satisfied that it is necessary to divert the footpath to which the Order relates to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out

in accordance with the planning permission granted under

Part III of the TCPA 1990 to Oxford City Council of St Aldate's Chambers, St Aldate's, Oxford, OX1 IDS, by the Council on 12 November 2014 under reference number 14/02641/CT3.

IF THIS ORDER IS CONFIRMED:

1. The footpath being the adopted footways located to



the south of Windrush Tower Knights Road Oxford shown as a dashed line in green (footpath "A"), blue (footpath "B") and orange (footpath "C") on the "Plan" and measuring (A) 24 metres, (B) 8 metres, (C) 31 metres long and between 1.5 metres and 1.9

metres wide shall be diverted as shown as a solid line in green (footpath "A"), blue (footpath "B") and orange (footpath "C") on the Plan and measuring

(A) 24 metres, (B) 10 metres, (C) 41 metres long

and between 1.9 metres and 2 metres wide to the reasonable satisfaction of the Council.

2. A copy of the Order and Plan (reference



14/02641/CONSLT) may be inspected free of charge at the Council Offices between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Fridays (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 18 May 2017 to 15 June 2017.

www.oxford.gov.uk/planningapplications.

3. Any representations about or objections to the Order



may be sent or delivered in writing to Planning &

Regulatory Services Oxford City Council St. Aldate's

Chambers 109-113 St. Aldate's Oxford OX1 1DS no

later than 15 June 2017 being 28 days following the date of this notice.

4. If no representations or objections are made, or if



made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm

the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is

sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any

representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

5. The diversion of the footpath shall have effect on the



date on which the Council OR the Secretary of State confirms the Order.
