Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Auth­ority of Dorset Council (East Dorset) to vary the Premises Licence for the Swans at Pennine Way, Verwood, Dorset, BH3I 6UL
The application includes the following terms:-
1. To vary hours for retail sale of alcohol Sunday to Thursday until 00:00 hours and Friday and Saturday until 01:00 hours.
2. To vary hours for live music until 23:30 hours daily.
3. To vary hours for performance of dance on Friday and Saturday until 00:30 hours and Sunday until 23:30 hours.
4. To vary Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday until 00:00 hours and Friday and Saturday until 01:00 hours.
5. To permit indoor sporting events 10:00 until 23:30 daily.
6. To remove con­ditions 11,12,14,15,28,30,32 and 33.
7. To amend conditions 22,25,26 and 27.
