PHIPPS Peter Harry Passed away peacefully on 3rd September 2020, aged 91 years. Husband of the late Jean Grace Phipps. Much loved father of Julie and Mervyn, father-in-law of Christine and a loving grandfather. Peter will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
