SPENCER Frank William Passed away peacefully on 20th January 2020, aged 96. Much loved father, grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday 26th February at 1pm at Oxford Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations in Frank's memory to Bowel Cancer UK c/o Co operative Funeralcare, 2 Hendred Street, Cowley, Oxford OX4 1TE.
