LINES Eric Peacefully on 8th August 2019, aged 81 years. Much loved husband of the late Janet, dearly loved dad of Simon and Melanie, treasured grampy of Emmyleigh and Rebekah and loved little grampy of Alyssa, Lily-May and Casey. Funeral Service at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford on Friday 30th August at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Oxford Hospitals Charity (Ward 5F) c/o Edward Carter (FD), 107 South Avenue, Abingdon, OX14 1QS.

Dear Melanie and Simon, so sorry to learn of your Dad Eric's passing. I brought my Mum (your Mum's cousin) to Abingdon on 1st September and stayed overnight. We were going to surprise your Dad with a visit and it was only that I googled his name and came across this obituary that we learnt the sad news, which came as quite a shock, especially for my Mum. (Your second cousin Barbara.) I do hope you will contact me or my Mum, our numbers will be in your Mum's address book. We hope you are both okay after losing them both so close together. The whole family, my Mum, Paul and Stephen send our heartfelt condolences.
