HOOK Thomas Terence "Tom" Passed away peacefully on 6th July 2019, shortly before his 91st birthday, in the John Radcliffe Hospital. Funeral service to be held on Thursday 25th July, 12.30pm, at St Andrews Church, Headington followed by burial. Flowers are welcome by all.
