Oxfordshire captain Ian Hawtin has decided to retire from county duty after 17 years, eight of them as captain.
Hawtin, 45, made his debut against Shropshire in 1995 and played more than 100 Minor Counties Championship matches and some 50 Knockout Trophy fixtures.
The Banbury wicket-keeper suffered a fractured elbow in May, which limited his cricket last season.
