CERI Holmes sent Cumnor 2nd crashing to 134 all out by taking 8-48 to clinch the title for Horspath 2nd.

Graham Flower (52) and Steve Pritchard (32) were the only home batsmen to shine.

Joey Todd then hit 38 and Dan Todd 30 as the visitors made heavy weather of making 135-7.

Runners-up Cublington signed off by crushing Oxford 2nd by 175 runs.

Pip Webb (73), Jamie Leggett (64), Greg Jenkins (45) and Nick Talbot (43) all plundered runs from the home attack as the visitors amassed 287-4.

Oxford’s feeble response ended when they were all out for 112.

Hanborough were hammered by nine wickets at Stokenchurch as they bowed out of the Cherwell League with defeat.

John McGrady hit 50, but there were few other highlights as they were all out for 160.

Paul Maddock (5-48) and Arshad Latif (4-28) were always in command. Latif then hit 86 and Joe Brown was 60 not out when Stokenchurch reached 161-1 in only 22.2 overs.

Hanborough were deducted five points for failing to provide a scorer – so ended the day with one less point than they started.

Chris Hickman (4-36) and Josh Garrett (4-70) joined forces as Great & Little Tew 2nd bowled out Wallingford for 207.

Tom Wigley (72) and Rob Sessions (44) were the mainstays for the visitors, then spinners Warren Ainsworth (4-66) and Mark Carey (4-81) almost bowled them to victory.

But Robbie Catling (39) and Garrett (30) did just enough as Tew closed on 175-9.

Dave Pope top-scored with 63 as Leighton Buzzard Town made 206 at home to Buckingham Town.

Steve Brunning then suffered the agony of finishing unbeaten on 96 as he ran out partners when Buckingham were bowled out for 202.
