IN: Terry Eltham (prop, Grove). OUT: None.

LAST SEASON: 6th. PREDICTION: Top Four.

Harwell hope to enjoy playing at a level where they can compete after winning just one match last year.

Spokesman Kevin Lewis urged would-be fans: “Come and watch a game with a boisterous, but good humoured crowd in a wonderful setting.”

IN: Sam Al Khalaf (centre, Kenilworth), Ian Christie (hooker, unattached).

OUT: Lee Lewis (Wallingford).

LAST SEASON: 11th (BB&O Premier Division). PREDICTION: Mid-table.

Having won the Oxfordshire Shield in 2009, Abingdon slumped badly last season to be relegated.
