Cropredy are champions after beating Cumnor 2nd.

Richard Lynch took 3-27 as Cumnor limped to 123 all out.

Ed Somerton (54no) and Pete Cooling (34no) then saw the visitors to 127-1.

On a dramatic final day, Bicester & North Oxford climbed from fourth to second and so clinch promotion by winning at Kimble.

Bicester were bowled out for 195 after Mike Simpson made 79 and Rob Humphries 53.

David Needham took 5-67 for the hosts, but was outdone by Richard Simpson (6-42) as Kimble crashed to 133 all out.

Bicester only went up because Buckingham Town 2nd and Stokenchurch played out a tense draw, when victory for either side would have earned them promotion.

Replying to Stokenchurch’s 189, Buckingham ended on 166-9, meaning neither went up.

Wallingford, who would have been champions had they not been docked 40 points for failing to nominate an umpire to the league’s panel, beat Cheasley by 35 runs.

Trevor Spindler took 5-44 as Chearsley were out 140 replying to Wallingford’s 175-8 with Darren Grist (57) starring.

Banbury Twenty 2nd finally enjoyed a victory by beating Leighton Buzzard 2nd.

Assif Hussain (45), Brian Griffiths (42), Neill Harrison (38) and John Lloyd (35) helped Twenty reach 194-9 after they were put into bat.

Steve Partington then took 6-23 as Town tumbled to 105 all out.
