LUKE Ryan stressed Oxfordshire have not felt the need to make any knee-jerk reactions ahead of their short trip to Berkshire on Sunday.
Oxon name an unchanged 12-man squad following last weekend’s five-wicket defeat in their Unicorns Counties Trophy opener at home to Devon at Wormsley.
They face Berkshire at Wargrave, who lost to Dorset a fortnight ago and had their match against Cornwall called off due to rain last week.
With Oxon needing a win to get their one-day bid back on track, Ryan (pictured) felt it was important to stick with the same players.
He said: “There are no knee-jerk reactions, we don’t judge someone on one performance.
“It is not a closed shop, but you cannot whisk people out after one attempt. There is a balance to be found there.”
SUNDAY’S SQUAD
