OXFORDSHIRE found Devon 19 runs too good in their Seevent Over 60 County Championship encounter at Shobrooke Park, Crediton.
The hosts were indebted to a fine 95 from opener Julian Page as they posted 215-7 from 45 overs in the West Group game.
Steve Partington (2-27) and Adrian Manager (2-37) were the pick of the Oxon attack.
In reply, Malcolm Evans kept Oxon’s hopes alive with 58 off 59 balls, which included six fours.
However, they fell short of Devon’s total on 196 all out.
Scores: Devon 60+ 215-7 (45 ovs, J Page 95), Oxon 60+ 196 (44.1 ovs, M Evans 58, S Partington 33, N Rogers 3-24, D Gamble 3-35).
