Horspath's hopes of lifting the Bernard Tollett Oxfordshire Cup for the third successive year were dashed when they crashed to a 76-run defeat at Great & Little Tew in the outstanding quarter-final.
The dual champions were never in the hunt after Tew posted 179-5 off their 20 overs after being put in to bat.
Joe White, who smashed 68 off 44 balls with 12 fours, and Martin Coetzee (42) shared an opening stand of 102 before Curtly Slatter blasted 31.
Horspath then slumped to 103 all out, with Robbie Shurmer taking 3-6.

Revised semi-final draw: Aston Rowant v Oxford, Banbury v Great & Little Tew. Ties to be played by July 24.
Oxfordshire 60+ slipped to a five-wicket defeat against Somerset in the Seevent Over 60 County Championship at Oxford Downs.
