BICESTER & North Oxford showed their strength with a 140-run win over Chipping Norton in Group D of the Natwest Under 15 Championship.
Joe Moorman (53) and Jack Hobbs (52) both retired after reaching half-centuries, while Liam Randall was unbeaten on 40 as Bicester racked up 187-2.
Chippy were all out for 47 in the 18th over.
Great & Little Tew beat Banbury by 45 runs in a rain-affected clash.
Sam Priscott hit 41 in Tew’s 114-3 and although Gary Tait was unbeaten on 44, Banbury closed on 69-3.
In Group A, rain ended what could have been an exciting finish in the clash between Kingston Bagpuize and Minster Lovell B.

After Will Woodley (50) and Matt Watts (44) starred with the bat as Kingston made 111-3 off their allocated overs, Minster had reached 39-2 when the weather forced the players off.
