KEVIN Pietersen has been named in Surrey's 13-man squad to face Oxford MCCU in a three-day match in The Parks from Sunday.
The star batsman, 34, rejoined Surrey in March and, if selected, will use the game to prepare for the start of their LV= County Championship next weekend.
Oxford's students will also be coming up against other former England internationals Gareth Batty, Vikram Solanki and Chris Temlett.
Earlier this week they lost by seven wickets in a first-class match against Middlesex.
Play starts at 11am on Sunday.
