Chinnor head coach Matt Goode has called for a “massive, massive improvement” from his side when they host Hartpury College in National 2 South tomorrow.
After winning their opening four matches, Chinnor slipped up 20-13 at Canterbury last week.
“We didn’t turn up,” said Goode. “If we had played like we did in the first four matches, it would have been a different story.
“There is no tougher test in this league than Hartpury College, who did very well last year.”
Centre Goode is out after a thumb operation, while wing Ben Farr replaces Tristan Corpe.
James Cathcart comes in at fly half, with Will Millett switching to No 12.
Henley Hawks will be without wing Alan Awcock at Cinderford in National 1 as he could make his competitive debut for London Welsh.
Hawks have loaned Awcock to Welsh for their British & Irish Cup campaign.
Versatile back Tom Allen is unavailable, with new signing Charles Incledon and Neil Baggett coming in.
Another new signing, wing Jaryd Robinson, comes in on the bench.
Hugo Milford-Scott starts in place of Dai Maddocks at loose-head prop.
