Oxford United faced Kettering twice at home in the FA Cup over the past 45 years.
The first occasion was in December 1963, during their famous run to the quarter-finals, when goals from Arthur Longbottom and Bill Calder gave them a 2-1 win.
But the Poppies embarrassingly won 1-0 in a replay at the Manor in November 1976, after a 1-1 draw at Rockingham Road.
