POLICE plan to target parents parking illegally outside primary schools.
Officers have received complaints cars are parking on zig-zag markings outside St Joseph's, in Headley Way, Headington, and St Michael's, in Marston Road, and on nearby pavements and at junctions.
Police are speaking to teachers and parents, and have warned that persistent offenders will be fined.
