AN EVENING at the proms is being staged in Bicester to help raise funds for local causes.
Bicester Town mayor Les Sibley and mayoress Mary Sibley are hosting the musical night to be held at St Edburg's Church in Church Street.
The sounds of The Waterloo Band and Bugles of the rifles will ring through the church directed by Major Peter Clark.
It will be held on Saturday, February 24 from 7pm to 9pm.
Tickets are £15 for adults and £10 for children age 12 to 16 from Coles Bookstore or from Bicester Town Council.
