HOUSING association Soha Housing has become a mutual organisation.
The Didcot-based association is one of only a handful in the country to open up shareholding to tenants.
This gives tenants the legal right to vote in the most important company decisions.
Peter Nkum, pictured, who has applied for membership of Soha, said: “I want to join so that I can have a say in decisions that make a difference to my home and my neighbourhood.
“I’m really proud to be involved with Soha and I’d like to see many more people doing the same.”
