CHIPPPING Norton estate agent Max Douglas has installed an interactive touch screen in his office window, which he believes could be a first for West Oxfordshire.
The ultra-bright touch screen is designed to be used through glass, so sits inside the estate agency window.
The new technology allows buyers or tenants to search all properties on the agency’s books from the pavement 24 hours a day.
Information includes maps and floor plans and the buyer can opt to create a folder and have selected property details emailed to them.
Potential buyers can also book viewings.
