AN OXFORD-based firm which provides marketing software has scooped a national award for customer service.
Adestra, which has offices in Osney Mead, won the Institute of Customer Service customer focus catetegory.
The company has been shortlisted for the award for five consecutive years and also won in 2014.
Founded in 2004, clients include UBM, FranklinCovey, Incisive Media and The London Symphony.
Chief executive Henry Hyder-Smith said: “When we founded Adestra, we did so because we believed that marketing success takes more than just good technology.”
