Athletics club wins seal of approval

A BICESTER sports club has been given the seal of approval by its national governing body.
Bicester Athletics Club was awarded a ‘Clubmark’ from UK Athletics.
The club, which trains juniors at Bicester Community College, has been working towards the accreditation for two years.
Chairman Steve Flynn said the award meant the club had reached a nationally recognised standard in coaching, support from volunteers, and links with other organisations including schools.
