Controversial plans to build student flats on St Clement’s car park will be put to councillors for a decision tonight.
A planning officer’s report recommends Oxford City Council’s west area planning committee approves the plan for 141 flats in a three-storey block.
The move would involve the demolition of the public toilets. Of the 112 parking spaces, 72 would remain.
The meeting is at 6pm at The Old Library in the Town Hall in St Aldate’s.
