First Great Western has cancelled all high speed services to London Paddington but is offering two stopping trains an hour to the capital instead.
Departures from Oxford will leave at 7 minutes and 37 minutes past the hour.
Services on the Cotswold line terminating at Great Malvern are running as normal.
