Chiltern Railways is running a reduced special timetable from Bicester North and Banbury stations to London Marylebone and Birmingham because of the freezing conditions.
After 8am the operator is running just one train an hour from Bicester to Birmingham and London instead of the usual two an hour.
Chiltern Railways is also warning commuters that trains are likely to be overcrowded as there are less carriages on its trains so passengers should avoid travelling unless necessary.
