Mark Brownlee, 28, of Troy Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Howard Street, Oxford, on April 11. Namely having 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £350, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also banned from driving 18 months.

Gregory Snell, 32, of Cherwell Avenue, Kidlington, admitted possessing heroin, a Class A drug, in Oxford on April 7. Fined £90 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Albert Haxhia, 21, of Warbug Crescent, Oxford, convicted of theft of a bank card and six counts of fraud by false representation in Oxford between June 17 and June 20. Given 180 hours unpaid work and told to pay £1,002.10 compensation and £350 costs.

Kieron Tite, 20, of High Acres, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a supervision order. Fined £150, £50 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Jason Danvers, 37, of James Street, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, and possessing a knife in a public place, namely a kitchen knife in Cuddesdon Way, Oxford, on February 5. Fined £155, £80 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Jan Hanel, 28, of Lydalls Road, Didcot, admitted driving without insurance, driving without an MOT and failing to provided a specimen for analysis in Walton Well Road, Oxford, on Christmas Day. Fined £300, £15 victims’ surcharge and £150 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

Liam Noonan, 29, of Peregrine Road, Oxford, admitted using words or behaviour to give a fear of unlawful violence in Oxford on October 31. Told to participate in a course for “angry, impulsive drinkers” for 10 days and told to pay £85 costs.

Laraine Reed, 58, of Kersington Crescent, Oxford, convicted of racially aggravated intentional harassment (words) on October 22. Given a two-year restraining order, a £280 fine, £200 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Nichola Charlett, 23, of Arden Vale, Meriden, Coventry, admitted assault by beating and obstructing or resisting a police constable in Oxford on December 30. Given a six-month conditional discharge.

Ann Mountford, 35, of Home Close, Wolvercote, admitted drink driving in Home Close on April 12. Namely have 122 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £660, £65 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for three years.

Aaron Hudson, 20, of Morrell Avenue, Oxford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on November 8 in Oxford. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £300 costs.

Jason Bourton, 30, of Fern Hill Road, Oxford, convicted of assaulting a constable in the execution of their duties in Oxford on January 9. Jailed for 28 days.

Cara Green, 28, of Medhurst Way, Littlemore, admitted failing to notify a change in circumstance regarding Social Security between July 24, 2006, and December 17, 2008. Namely that she no longer had two dependent children living the same household. Fined £100, £25 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Jason Griffiths, 39, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted being a person charged failing or refusing to provide a sample for a Class A drug test in Oxford on April 11. Fined £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Nathan Harewood, 18, of no fixed address, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Huntercombe on December 28. Committed to a young offender institution for six weeks because he attacked a prison officer.

Louise Plucknett, 40, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a pair of trousers from Marks & Spencer in Oxford on April 9. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.

Daniel Rawlings, 19, of Medlock Grove, Didcot, admitted taking a motor vehicle without consent and driving without insurance in Wallingford on October 17. Fined £200, £80 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for three months.

Pauline Watt-Smith, 61, of Woodstock Road, Yarnton, admitted being a driver failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Oxford on October 28. Fined £200, £300 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for 20 months.

DIDCOT

Jane Savage, 35, of Thornley Close, Abingdon, admitted drink driving in Colwell Drive, Abingdon, on March 11. Namely having 109 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Given 120 hours’ unpaid work and banned from driving for two years.

Paul Thurlow, 47, of no fixed address, admitted two counts of criminal damage to a kitchen window and a front door lock, in Brightwell-cum-Sotwell on February 22.

Also admitted drink driving on the A4074 in Benson on the same date, namely having 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes.

Given a two-year supervision order, fined £550 and told to pay £709.34 compensation, £85 costs, a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Also banned from driving for 17 months.
