A 45-year-old woman has admitted making a false rape allegation.
Anne-Marie Carter, of Pitmaston Close, Banbury, admitted a charge of perverting the course of justice when she appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Friday.
She had made the false claim between October 28 last year and February 4 this year.
She was bailed to be sentenced on May 28.
