Police have provided an update into an investigation after a woman was found dead in a wooded area in Oxford six days ago.

It was later announced in the evening by Thames Valley Police that a woman aged 28 had been found dead at the site.

The woman was found at around 6.45am on Thursday with police now investigating it as an "unexplained death".
Six days after the force has today (March 27) confirmed that death is now being treated as "non-suspicious".
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: "The sad death at Shotover Country Park last week is now being treated as non-suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
"The next of kin have been updated."
Sections of the park had been closed off to the public with three separate police taped cordons in place.
These taped off paths block the entry to a section of woods within the park which covers 117 hectares on the southern slopes of Shotover Hill.
Police remained at the scene on Friday (March 22) where a bunch of yellow flowers had also been laid in tribute to the woman near one of the cordons.
However, as of Saturday afternoon (March 23), the cordons had been removed and people were free to roam the area.
