Pupils have planted trees at a biodiversity garden in Wallingford.
The garden at Wallingford School in St George's Road is named after former town mayor Pat Granados.
The school said on its Facebook page: "Our 'Biodiversity Garden Development Team' and 'Year 7 Pathway Class' worked with the Chiltern Rangers and Wild about Wallingford in the Pat Granados Biodiversity Garden last week.

"They planted trees to make scrub areas, which will become great bird habitats, raked the meadow to increase the diversity of native wild flowers to support pollinators and insects, and litter picked the site. Well done all!"
In a welcome message on the school's website he says: "I am very proud to be headteacher of Wallingford School.
"I am proud of our students who are fantastic young people whose enthusiasm, commitment, talent and humour make it a joy to come to school every day."
