AN old MOT garage could be demolished and replaced with a block of five flats under a new set of plans.
Developers have applied to get rid of the workshop building as well as clear all the debris from the former garage in Lime Walk, Headington, in order to replace it with two buildings.
It is the developer's second attempt after a previous planning application was refused by Oxford City Council because it did not include enough affordable housing.
In the new scheme, the first block will have five flats and another block will be a one-storey one-bed flat.
