  • Scoop zero-waste pop-up shop, Tap Social Brewery, Curtis Industrial Estate, Botley, 2pm - 6pm: A plastic-free pop-up shop selling tea, rice, fruit and feel-good vibes (Prices vary; bring a container)
  • Food – A West Ox Arts Members’ Exhibition, West Ox Arts Gallery in Bampton, 2pm to 4pm: A celebration of every aspect of our creation, consumption and interaction with this most essential of items (free)
  • Natural History Investigators, Oxford natural history museum, Parks Road, 10am - 5pm: See objects that inspired young people to explore their interest in the natural world (free)
  • Witney Fire Station open day, 10am - 4pm: Meet firefighters, climb aboard their shiny red engines and explore the station (free)
  • Uffington White Horse Show, near Wantage, all day: flying displays and monster truck show might be damp, but organisers have promised there is 'plenty undercover!' (Adult tickets £12.50)
  • Oxford Foodies Festival, South Park, 11am - 9pm: Again, mostly outdoors, but several large tents to shelter under (Adult tickets £18)
