CALLUM CAMPBELL, 18, of Aston Close, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or violence in Bretch Hill, Banbury, on June 13. He was made subject to a community order to include 50 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

ANCUTA SAVIN, 35, of Wimborne Avenue, Banbury, admitted stealing fragrances valued at £700 from Debenhams, Oxford, on January 28 and fragrances valued at £110 from Debenhams, Oxford, on February 14. She was fined a total of £240 and must pay compensation of £700, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

Elizabeth SMITH, 44, of Piers Row, Deddington, admitted dishonestly failing to disclose information in order to make a gain for income support, housing benefit and council tax, employment and support allowance and jobseekers allowance between April 2 2004 and October 23 2015. She was jailed for 12 months suspended for 24 months and fined £400, and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85.

NATASHA CASWELL, 33, of Avocet Way, Bicester, admitted driving whilst disqualified and without third party insurance on May 23 in Bicester. She was fined a total of £460 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for three months.

Leigh SMITH, 31, of Clover Place, Eynsham, admitted two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm against a woman on July 7 and between April 30 and June 1 in Witney. He was jailed for 12 months suspended for 24 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

Darren SPARROWHAWK, 37, of Tithe Court, Banbury, admitted burglary by attempting to steal two cordless Dewalt drills of a value unknown from a shed in Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury, on November 9. He was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months and must pay compensation of £215, a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

LEE SIMMONS, 33, of Harebell Way, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on a public road on March 19 in Oxpens Road, Oxford. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

Ronnie CARTER, 54, of Iffley Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between November 12 2015 and December 10 2015 in Banbury. He was fined £750 and must pay a victim surcharge of £75 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

James BONE, 39, of Freehold Street, Lower Heyford, admitted racially aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress on November 25 in Bicester. He was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months and must pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £115.

JOHN BARRY, 60, of Brampton Close, Abingdon, admitted to using threatening or abusive behaviour to harass or distress a man in Abingdon on June 7. Fined £300, compensation £50, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85.

LEE THOMAS, 38, of Freckleton Drive, Liverpool, admitted to being drunk and disorderly in a public place; stealing alcohol valued at £3.29 from the Co-op in Broadway, Didcot; assaulting a police constable in the execution of their duty; damaged a police vehicle; and assaulted a man in the Co-op in Broadway, Didcot on June 10. Compensation £128.29, fined £200, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85.

ERIC ROBERT AUSTIN, 48, of no fixed abode, breached a criminal behaviour order and obtained a meal valued at £70.14 at the Cotswold Lodge Hotel in Norham Road, Oxford, without paying on July 8. Jailed for 12 weeks. Victim surcharge £115.

LAURA MARIE FISHER, 33, of Loyd Close, Abingdon, admitted to drink driving in Loyd Close, Abingdon, with 131mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the 35mcg limit, on June 26. Prison sentence of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Victim surcharge £115 and costs £85. Banned from driving for 30 months.

ANDREW JOHN SCANTLEBURY, 27, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted to failing to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders register between June 8 and June 15. Alcohol treatment requirement. Victim surcharge £85.

DWAYNE WATKINSON, 35, of Cherry Tree Drive, Shippon, Abingdon, admitted to drink driving in Steventon with 107mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the 35mcg limit, on April 21. 180 hours of unpaid work. Victim surcharge £85 and costs £85. Banned from driving for 24 months.

ROBERTO JOSE DE LA LLERA MARTOS, 48, of Abrahams Road, Henley-on-Thames, admitted to driving on Henley Road without a suitable licence on March 1. Fined £170, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Three penalty points.

OLIVER ELDRIDGE, 20, of Ottery Way, Didcot, was convicted of driving in Hopkins Way, Great Western Park, Didcot, without insurance on April 25. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

MICHAEL STUART ELLIOTT, 81, of The Park, Lambourn, Hungerford, West Berkshire, was convicted of driving without insurance or a suitable licence in Court Hill Centre Car Park, Court Hill Road, Wantage, on March 5. Fined £300 and victim surcharge £30. Six penalty points.

SILVIU-PETRU GODEANU, 28, of The Paddocks, Weald Street, Weald, Bampton, was convicted of driving without insurance in Bull Street, Aston, on February 21. Fined £300, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Six penalty points.
