OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

CHRISTOPHER ALFORD, 33, of Nixon House, Abingdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in The Lees, Faringdon on May 16. Conditionally discharged for 15 months, must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

MATTHEW ORPIN-HIPPERSON, 19, of The Causeway, Steventon, admitted drink-driving in High Street, Steventon on May 29. Had 53mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £275, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

JAMIE BURKE, 25, of Maple Avenue, Kidlington, admitted possessing cannabis in Bicester on April 8. Fined £110, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

BENITA ANSELL, 54, of Keens Lane, Chinnor admitted drink-driving in Keens Lane, Chinnor on May 28. Had 109mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. A community order was made and she must carry out 60 hours unpaid work in 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 26 months.

LEWIS JONES, 20, of Nuthatch Way, Bicester was convicted of travelling on the railway between Leamington Spa and Bicester North without a valid ticket on October 3. Fined £220, must pay £12.30 compensation, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £100.

JAKE ORWA, 25, of Red Poll Close, Banbury was convicted of travelling on a railway between Bicester North and Banbury stations without a valid ticket on October 18. Fined £220, must pay £5 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.

GAYNOR FERREIRA, 48, of Blacknall Road, Abingdon was convicted of driving a vehicle without insurance in Marcham Way, Abingdon on February 1. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MARIAN-DANIEL IORDACHE, 27, of Weald Street, Weald was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Bampton on January 9. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ISOBEL FLORA MCKAY, 30, of Kelburne Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Oxpens Road, Oxford on January 22. Fined £660, must pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

RYAN OWEN-BREWERTON, 18, of Appleford Drive, Abingdon was convicted of speeding at 98mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 near Abingdon on April 11. Fined £200, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

OMAR SEMLALI, 21, of Ash Grove, Ducklington, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance on February 13 in Botley Road, Oxford. Fined £150, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

CHLOE SHAWLEY, 18, of Woodway Road, Middle Barton was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Oxford Road, Kidlington on March 17. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JORDAN SIMMONDS, 24, of Finmore Gardens, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle with trailer with a load that was insecure on March 23 at Henley Road. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85.

CHINA SORENEN-OWEN, 20, of Felix Road, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on February 11 at Haydon Road, Didcot. She was fined £270 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £30 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

TEODORA TOIA, 23, of Marlborough Place, Charlbury, was convicted of failing to comply with a red traffic light while driving at Ducklington Lane, Witney, on October 19. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

TEFERI ZEWEDE, 55, of Lydia Close, Oxford, admitted using a mobile phone while driving on January 16 at London Road. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorse with six penalty points.

BANBURY MAIGSTRATES'

ESANU FLORIN, 38, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, admitted driving without third party insurance and above the legal alcohol limit on June 17 at Banbury. Had 52 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined a total of £460 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

ERNEST MAROWA, 38, of Conway Drive, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on June 14 at Banbury. Had 91 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £153 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40 and was disqualified from driving for 23 months.

MACIEJ ZYZNIEWSKI, 39, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, admitted sexual assault on a woman at Banbury on May 9 as well as stealing a Nokia mobile phone from a vehicle on May 31 at Banbury and stealing alcohol to the value unknown and assaulting a man at Tesco, Middleton Road, Banbury on June 25. He was jailed for 18 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £275.

COSMIN NEGREA, 29, of Churchill Way, Brackley, admitted being in charge of a vehicle at Market Place, Bicester, while above the legal alcohol limit. Had 49 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £290 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £100 and his driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.
