AN Oxford garden centre could be yours for £800,000.
Wyevale Garden Centre off the A34 near South Hinksey has been put up for sale.
Chilton Garden Centre - near Didcot - has also be put on the market for £2.4m while the Bicester Avenue Garden Centre can be snapped up for £1m.
Wyevale's 145 garden centres including 144 restaurants and 700 concessions will all be sold after owner Terra Firma called in specialist business property advisors Christie & Co.
Christie & Co has now marketed Oxford Garden Centre - a 4.87 acre site with 60 car parking spaces - for £800,000.
The Bicester centre is much larger at 25 acres and has been estimated at £1m while Chilton's centre - at just under six acres - is Oxfordshire's most valuable at £2.4m as the freehold has been put up for sale.
The advisors are exploring a number of sales options from the sale of the whole business to individual garden centres or sub-groups.
