GARY Barlow entertained crowds at Blenheim Palace's Nocturne Festival last night, as he rounded off a weekend of live music in Woodstock.

Playing solo, the Take That lead singer was the final act at the yearly event, which also saw Noel Gallagher, Nile Rodgers & Chic and Elvis Costello play

Barlow, who was supported by Rumer and Ferris & Sylvester, played to a sell out crowd at the Nocturne Live event, which started on Thursday.

His two hour gig was watched by seated crowds in the palace grounds, with VIP dining avaialble to some guests in the famous State Rooms.

The festival was the first joint venture between Universal Music’s U-Live and the creators of the Love Supreme Jazz Festival, Neapolitan Music, organisers say.
