OXFORD has been served the title for Britain's most expensive pint outside London, says pub guide Morning Advertiser.
The £4.57 average for a pint in the city compared to London as the most expensive pint at £5.19.
The cheapest pint title was awarded to Carlisle for an average cost of £2.35.
