More carriages on rush hour trains as timetable changed
A RAIL company has introduced a new timetable in an attempt to increase capacity on the line.
Chiltern Railways’ new timetable is now in operation with revisions in train departure and arrival times and amended routes.
The company is adding an extra carriage to evening peak trains between stations including Oxford, Bicester Village, High Wycombe and London Marylebone.
An extra train will also run to London on Fridays at 11.35pm and the company is warning some London trains on weekends may depart one or two minutes later but most will arrive at the same time as before.
