Scrap metal
TWO men dressed in stolen council hi-vis jackets have been collecting scrap metal in Didcot, police claim.
The men are believed to be wearing Cherwell District Council high visibility jackets and using 'distraction' techniques to make off with scrap metal from vehicles and homes.
