BANBURY MAGISTRATES

BENJAMIN WOODWARD, 32, of Beaumaris Close, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with a suspended sentence by failing to attend a rehabilitation activity requirement on February 15 and 27. His sentence of 12 weeks prison suspended for 12 months was implemented.

SARAH GIBBS, 33, of Causeway, Bicester, admitted stealing food valued at £92.90 from Tesco Express, Bicester, on February 17. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

TAYAUB HUSSAIN, 23, of Queens Road, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence by failing to attend a rehabilitation activity requirement on July 28 and August 17. His suspended sentence of two months suspended for 24 months was implemented as a jail sentence for four weeks.

CHRISTOPHER ROBERTS, 22, of Bird Close, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour against a man at Banbury on December 26. He was fined £120 and must pay compensation of £50 as well as a victim surcharge of £30.

ANDREA CRAWLEY, 60, of Jasmine Walk, Banbury, admitted speeding by driving 40 mph in a 30 mph at Stanton St John, Oxfordshire, on June 13. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

OLIVER MARSHALL, 23, of Quickset Close, Spelsbury, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cannabis January 6 at Albion Street, Chipping Norton. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £84 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

COURTNEY HARRIS, 43, of Hornton Drive, Banbury, admitted stealing perfume valued at £82 from Debenhams, Banbury, on September 4. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £45.

MERRICK BARTON, 42, of Rose Avenue, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding at 64mph in a 50mph zone in Woodstock Road, Yarnton on August 24. Fined £100, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Three penalty points.

RICHARD ANTHONY DAY, 46, of Alma Road, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between October 2 and October 30. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

STEVEN ANDREW DORAN, 20, of Farnborough Road, Mollington, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between October 3 and October 31. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

ANNA HINDMARSH, 39, of Upper Grange Cottages, Wallingford, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in the A4074, Warborough on August 22. Fined £220, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Three penalty points.

RICHARD HOLZER, 69, of Glyndebourne Gardens, Banbury, was convicted of speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Main Road, Broughton on August 24. Fined £209, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Four penalty points.

RICHARD JACKSON-EWERS, 47, of Whitelands Way, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 25 and October 23. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

ASHLEY MCANDREW-HACK, 24, of Station Road, Launton, was convicted of speeding at 83mph in a 70mph zone in the A421, Tingewick Bypass on August 25. Fined £169, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Three penalty points.

EMANUEL FLORIN PIRVAN, 40, of Iffley Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between November 3 and December 1. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

DARREN SMALL, 30, of Hilliat Fields, Drayton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between October 27 and November 24. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

WAHID AKRAM, 37, of Bartlemas Close, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and using a vehicles without insurance in Rose Hill on March 9. Jailed for 12 weeks, £115 victim surcharge. Six penalty points.

LUKE SAM MILLIGAN, 36, of Nobles Close, Botley, admitted drug-driving in Besselsleigh Road, Wootton on December 30. Fined £250, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Disqualified for 12 months.

SHANE JEACOCK, 29, of Chilton Field Way, Chilton, admitted driving while disqualified, using a vehicle without a licence and driving while using a mobile phone on the A34 southbound in Abingdon on October 27. Jailed for 22 weeks, £115 victim surcharge. Disqualified for 12 months.

MOUSSA ADOUM, 33, of no fixed abode, admitted harassing a man and causing him fear of violence in Oxford between March 20 and March 22 and committing arson on March 22, damaging the floor and carpet belonging to Julian Housing. 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months. Given a restraining order and must not contact a man for 18 months. £200 compensation.
